Descrizione vino

Simply taken from the saint of the calendar, the day on which the name "SAINT AGATHA" was chosen. For the production is used the 100% pure Molinara grape variety all the grapes of the company are certified organic and for some years the funds are conducted according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The origin is the classic one of the Val di Mezzane, in Veneto. Vinification for this wine that is produced with Molinara alone, with grapes from vineyards of 20 years that rest on calcareous soil. In the vineyard biodynamic practices are integrated to an already consolidated biological regime, so you refuse the use of any chemical or synthesis and you help yourself only with natural preparations and a bit of copper and sulfur. In the cellar it continues with 2 days maceration on the skins and spontaneous fermentation in terracotta amphorae, followed by 6 months of aging in the same containers.

Characteristics of this Organic Rosé wine

Its appearance is an intense cherry pink. The aroma combines lightheartedness and complexity, in which stand out references to strawberry, cherry and white pepper surrounded by mineral lashes. The taste has a full and fleshy mouthfeel but at the same time tonic and snappy, which unravels between fruity hints and a considerable salt. Among Italian rose wines can be considered without a doubt a top of the category.
