Riesling "Trocken" Dr. Fischer Hofstatter Hofstatter
Riesling Trocken Dr. Fischer - Hofstatter comes from grapes harvested in some of the most prestigious cru of the Mosel, homeland of the famous white grape variety. As for the German denomination, which takes into account the ripeness of the grape and consequently its sugar content, the word Trocken indicates the bunches with lower sugar content, between 4 and 9 g/l. The resulting wine is therefore dry and mineral.
