From pure Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso grapes, this red wine from Cantina Bosco del Merlo is born: a native grape characterized by a late ripening period. After the manual harvest, the grapes are vinified pure, after careful selection from the oldest vineyards. Winemaking takes place through maceration on the skins, which takes 25 to 30 days to achieve a greater concentration of color and tannins. Maturation takes place in oak caratelli for 12 months and then in large barrels for 6 months.

It has a red color decided by purple shades. The Perfume is enveloping, with delicate notes of cinnamon, blackberry jam and plum. Warm on the palate, with perfect taste-olfactory harmony.
Recommended pairings with this red wine
perfect in combination with red meat dishes such as braised meats, roasts, stews. Also try with pooping. Serve at 18°C.
