This Prosecco DOC Rosé Brut is made from carefully selected grapes from the Prosecco DOC area, with a blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir. The grapes are harvested and vinified separately to maximize their varietal characteristics. The Glera is subjected to soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, while the Pinot Noir undergoes a short maceration on the skins to extract color and aromas. The final blend is then sparkling in an autoclave according to the Martinotti-Charmat Method, with a foam setting of approximately 65 days.
Features of this Rosé Prosecco
On organoleptic examination it presents with an elegant bright pale pink color and a fine, persistent perlage. Floral notes and hints of white fruit emerge on the nose accompanied by calls of small red fruits and berries. On the palate it is velvety, full, savoury and balanced, supported by a pleasant freshness that makes the sip harmonious and refined.
