Picolit DOCG Fantinel LA RONCAIA
From the absolute vinification of 100% pure Picolit grapes. The origin of the vineyards from which the grapes are harvested falls within the limits of the company located in Attimis. Harvest takes place at the end of October but these few grapes become must only after a skilful and careful drying process lasting about 6 weeks. The must is fermented partly in new Allier barriques and partly in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, in late spring, the cuvèe is blended and after a year of aging in barrique, the wine is bottled. Refinement in the bottle lasts 6 months.
Picolit DOCG Fantinel’s features
A golden yellow color. The scent is very elegant, with notes of acacia honey and dried fruit. The taste is delicate, full and rightly sweet.
