The Dosing Zero Alma Grande Cuvée "Non Dosato" by Bellavista is a Franciacorta that comes from the desire to realize a Classic Method with a fresh and elegant style. Created with a selection of about 80 base wines to which 9 vintages of reserve wines are added, to make the cuvée more harmonious and balanced. At the end of vinification and assembly, the second fermentation takes place in bottle with a permanence on the lees of at least 30 months.
Franciacorta Cuvèe Alma "NON DOSATO"'s features
The glass shows a brilliant straw yellow color, with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose delicate aromas of white flowers, notes of bread crust, citrus and fruity aromas. The mouthfeel is long and savory, persistent and fresh.

Excellent as an aperitif or in combination with appetizers and fish dishes. It is recommended to consume it at a temperature of 8-10°C in tapered glass.
