To produce this Franciacorta Satèn, the Chardonnay grapes from the younger vineyards are used exclusively, which guarantee freshness but at the same time softness and creaminess: the vineyards are located in the Iseo testaglio at 150-200 m above sea level: the soils are of calcareous clay matrix. After manual harvesting, the grapes are placed in a refrigerated cell for 24-36 hours for greater aroma extraction. This is followed by soft pressing of the whole bunches: 80% ferment in steel, the remainder in tonneaux, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. Bottle aged on lievti for 24 months.

presena a fine, persistent perlage and a straw yellow color. The olfactory notes are elegant, with a pleasant encounter between the floral notes and the pastry notes. On the palate it is striking for the creaminess typical of satèn.

excellent with dliced first courses, based on fish or white meats. Serve at 8°C.
