The grapes of Pinot Noir from which the "Riserva Lucrezia" is obtained come from the oldest vines of Castello Bonomi, harvested manually with small traditional boxes. The grapes are subjected to soft crushing and the must is decanted partly in steel containers and partly in small wooden barrels, where the fermentation takes place and then a rest of 8 months. The wine ages on the lees in bottle for 70 months before disgorgement. A final refinement of 12 months in the cellar after degorgement, to allow the sparkling wine to stabilize and balance.

The bouquet is golden and luminous, with copper reflections and a fine perlage; the aroma is a bouquet of toasted bread, pastry, orange blossom, candied citrus fruits, chestnut honey, aromatic herbs and dried fruit. A balance from manual to the palate: balanced flavor, lively freshness and aromatic returns.
