The Ferrari Trento Doc F1 Mexico Cityis produced with only Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. After vinification, the fermentation takes place by refermentation in bottle, according to the Classic Method with aging of 36 months on the lees.

Characteristics of this Sparkling wine
The color is a bright straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose has hints of ripe fruit with notes of bread crust and hazelnut. The palate is fresh and elegant with a surprising finish with scents of citrus and mineral sensations.
