Chardonnay "Ronco delle Acacie" DOC Le Vigne di Zamò

This “Ronco delle Acacie” Chardonnay by Vigne di Zamò Winery is born in the company's vineyards of Rosazzo, Udine, from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The harvest takes place in the first week of September exclusively by hand: then follows direct pressing and only 50% of the must yield is used. Fermentation takes place initially in steel tanks and then continues in new tonneaux. After 10 months of aging in wood, we arrive at the assembly as well as the bottling.

Ronco delle Acacie Chardonnay features

On the organoleptic examination this Friulian Chardonnay shows a golden yellow colour; the nose is fruity with hints of tropical fruit, apricot, vanilla and butter. In the mouth it is soft, fresh and persistent with a nice savory vein.

The structure of this wine goes well with all fish and white meat dishes. This wine should be served at a temperature of 12 degrees in a not very large glass.
