The Chambave Muscat of the Anselmet Winery is obtained with 100% Moscato grapes grown in the Municipality of Chambave. After the manual harvest, the must ferments for 2 weeks in steel tanks at a controlled temperature before being bottled. The refinement takes place in steel with the batonnage technique.

Characteristics of this white wine

On the organoleptic examination this wine shows a bright straw yellow color with hints of ripe fruit and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is balanced and soft, enriched by a nice fresh vein.

Suggested food pairings while tasting this white wine

Try it with fish dishes for instance mussels au gratin. To be served at a temperature of 12°C in a not very large glass.
