Descrizione vino

From the vinification of the Glera grape for at least 95%, and the addition of Bianchetta and Perera in a very small percentage. The origin is the classic one of the territory of Col San Martino - Colbertaldo - Farrò. Harvest takes place by hand in boxes directly delivered to the cellar. Vinification involves the sequential pressing of whole grapes, fermentation in steel and resting on the yeasts for at least 4 months. The second fermentation is the classic one with the Martinotti Method.

 

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg’s features

A straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a persistent foam and a fine perlage. The perfume has a very lively and complex olfactory composition characterized by sensations of white fruit and acacia and wisteria flowers. The taste has the balance between acidity and sugar content, giving the wine a perfect harmony and depth that enhances the aromatic complexity.

Excellent as an aperitif in combination with savory snacks, it is also suitable for special occasions with traditional sweets or desserts based on seasonal fruit. The optimal serving temperature is 6 ° C. The alcohol content reached is 11% Vol.
