Descrizione vino

From the Bisol winery in Veneto, this sensational Prosecco Valdobbiadene is born through the vinification in purity of Glera for at least 85%, to which are added native grapes for a maximum of 15% of the blend. The origin of the vines lies on land located 250 meters above sea level. The harvest takes place at the end of September with the manual harvesting of the grapes.

 

Characteristics of this Prosecco Superiore Brut Bisol

On the organoleptic examination this wine has a bright, straw yellow colour with light green reflections. The perlage is minute and persistent. The scent is rich in meadow flowers, rightly intense, fresh and elegant. It leaves a very pleasant fruitiness emerge. The taste on the palate enhances the fruity, reminiscent of the scent, hints of apple and pear. The harmony is completed with a rich and fine flavor.

An excellent wine as an aperitif, it goes well with delicate fish-based preparations. Perfect with oysters and seafood starters. The optimal serving temperature is 6 ° C.
