Trento DOC Metodo Classico Brut Rosè LETRARI

This Brut Rosè Talento from Letrari winery is obtained from the collection of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes (vinified in Rosato). The territory is that of Vallagarina, Trentino Alto Adige, where the Letrari family now owns 23 hectares of vineyards located on hills with a good exposure to the sun. Another positive element is the presence of a Mediterranean climate linked to the influence of the Ora del Garda, which blows on the Adige, generating a ventilated climate on the hills themselves.. The harvest is done by hand, followed by the stay on the lees of at least 24 months, as to be regulated.

Trento DOC Brut Rosè is an immediate wine, which surprises for its crispness and harmony. The Chardonnay and the Pinot Noir of high hills give an antique pink color, clean and brilliant. In the mouth it is dry, balanced, clean and persistent with hints of currant and wild strawberries.

Perfect to combine with the appetizer, excellent with seafood. This sparkling wine should be served at a temperature of 6/8 degrees in a tall and tapered glass.
