The Rosé of Zardetto is the result of 40 years of experience. Only after this period Fabio Zardetto decided to increase his relation with the sparkling method for the production of this wonderful “no-conventional” sparkling wine. It is produced by a very short contact with the peels. It is an elegant and intense wine. It is produced by Raboso Veronese grapes and it is perfect for swimming parties and informal barbecues. The grapes are located in the Mansuè area in the Treviso province all picked at the beginning of October when the grapes are over ripe.
Characteristics of the Rosé of Zardetto
It has an intense pink color with a wide and aromatic aroma with remarkable currant and marasca cherry hints. The taste has a good acidity and a pleasant and velvety tannin component.
Suggested pairings with the Sparkling Rosé Zardetto
It is perfect as appetizer or with Mediterranean courses. It has to be served at 9°C in flûte wine glasses or if matched with food in wide ones.
