This sparkling rosé wine by Le Manzane is made from a blend of Glera, Merlot and other native grape varieties grown in vineyards planted on medium-textured, clayey soils. After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is cold decanted, with alcoholic fermentation starting at a controlled temperature. This is followed by further fermentation in autoclaves for about fifty days, with a 30-day rest on the lees. Final ageing takes place in the bottle for another 40 days before the product is released onto the market.
Characteristics of this rosé sparkling wine
It has a bright pink colour. The bouquet is an explosion of red berries, which is also pleasantly reflected on the palate.

Excellent with all fish dishes, especially steamed and fried starters. Serve at a temperature of 5-7°C.
