A wine produced by the Ariola winery from Emilia and it is the result of innovation, tradition and territory. It is made by a blend of Chardonnay and Barbera grapes. It has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The smell has ripened fruits aromas and this fantastic sparkling wine has red fruits aromas too.

It has a pink color with darker reflections which characterized it. The smell is intense, fragrant, persistent and fruity. The taste is fresh, enveloping and refined.

It is great as appetizer, with crustacean, raw scampi, and it is ideal with vegetarian food such as the zucchini cut with the julienne method, fennel salads or with vegetables and fruits mixed together.
