Descrizione vino

The sparkling wine Delis of Garofoli is a white spumante DOC which is produced in its local area: the Jesi castle hills. The medium mixture soil gives a remarkable greatness and it expresses a balance between a mineral and sapid taste.

There are used only 100% Verdicchio grapes which give birth to a classic harmonic and elegant wine.

The Delis DOC starts with the re-fermentation to offer a delicate product but with a great character due to the Verdicchio grapes. The resting period on yeasts lasts 30 months and the delicacy of the wine gives elegance, refinement and a great drinkability.

The sparkling process, done by using the classic method, allows this Spumante to be consumed after 18 months after the disgorging.

Characteristics of the Verdicchio "DELIS" Brut Metodo Classico

It has a white foam very fine and creamy with a fine and persistent perlage. It has a white bright straw yellow color with delicate green reflections.

The taste permits to better enjoy the smell which is fruity with white flowers aroma and a persistent, harmonic and delicate taste.

Suggested pairings

The sparkling wine Delis of Garofoli is perfect as appetizer for its delicacy and it is perfect matched to starters, and delicate fish courses.

It has to be served cold at 8°C in a high and tapered wine glass.
