Descrizione vino

A creation of the winery Astoria, the result of the great capacity of innovation of its managers. A Cuvée Brut sparkling wine created by the vinification of 100% Glera grapes. The origin of the vines falls in the area of the Astoria estate on hilly grounds about 150 meters above sea level. The harvest takes place manually in September. Then there is the vinification and the soft pressing with a short cold maceration of the skins and the static decantation of the must.Its primary fermentation takes place in 18/19 C steel containers with selected yeasts. The new wine is kept on the lees for a few weeks; the next stage is the taking of foam that lasts 20/25 days at 18 June. Once finished, the sparkling wine is kept on the lees for a few weeks. It then proceeds to tartaric stability and bottling. Stop in the bottle for the final aging.

 

Spumante Cuveé Brut "Faschion Victim"'s features

The wine has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections and thick perlage. The scent is absolutely delicate and floral, with hints of wild flowers and fresh white fruit. The taste is lively, lively, dry, fresh and fruity.
