Sicilia "Sole di Sesta" DOC COTTANERA
The grape variety used for the production of this sensational traditional Sicilian wine is 100% pure Syrah. The provenance is the classic one of the DOC of Castiglione di Sicilia. Harvest is carried out by hand during the second ten days of September. A ruby red color with violet reflections. Nose scent opens with ample notes of sweet fruit and fresh Mediterranean nuances combined with spicy notes of chocolate and black pepper. Taste is that of a wine with a captivating scent, full, balanced, warm, sunny, rich in pulp. The noble tannins are supported by good acidity.
