Descrizione vino

From the vinification in purity, of this precious and particular vine of the Venetian tradition Corvina Veronese 100% vinified. The origin of the vines is that of Valpolicella, Veneto. Harvest involves the manual selection of the bunches in September/October. Vinification follows with pressing and destemming of the grapes. Fermentation at a controlled temperature and maceration for 10 days. The refinement involves a phase of maturation in stainless steel tanks and a short refinement in the bottle.

 

Rosso Corvina Veronese Corte Agnella Campagnola’s features

An intense ruby red color. The scent on the nose is highlighted with a beautiful bouquet reminiscent of cherries and morello cherries, with hints of small fruits and spice. The taste is velvety, soft, full-bodied, persistent. The aftertaste closes slightly in the typical bitterness of Valpolicella wines. Rich and superb wine, it enhances the peculiarities of Corvina.

Perfect with dishes based on pasta, chicken, lamb, red meats, game and cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 16 - 17 ° C. The alcohol content reached is 13% Vol.
