A sparkling wine with fine and elegant perlage born from the union of Glera and Pinot Noir: a rosé with fine and elegant perlage with an intriguing color and a particularly fruity olfactory bouquet. This Prosecco Rosé Milage from Cantina La Marca is born from the manual harvesting of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes: the vinification of the Glera grape variety involves soft pressing of the grapes and a short cryomaceration, Pinot Noir, on the other hand, macerates on the skins for 5 days at a temperature of 20°C. This is followed by fermentation with the aid of selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C, cutting of the wines and finally second fermentation in an autoclave as per the Charmat or Martinotti method.
Characteristics of this rosé wine from Cantina La Marca
It has a pale pink color and a fine, persistent perlage. The olfactory profile recalls fruity notes of raspberry and wild strawberry, typical of the Pinot Noir grape, and floral notes of white flowers, typical of the Glera grape. On the palate it is velvety, fresh and fragrant, with fruity calls to the olfactory notes.
Recommended pairings with this Prosecco Rosé Millage
