The "Selection Steinbock Dr. Fischer" is an amazing Sparkling wine without alcohol, the result of an innovative wine dealcolization process. A project born from Martin Foradori Hofstatter, who was one of the first producers to go to Germany, to invest in Riesling, a grape he knows very well. From this variety he wanted to create an innovative and modern sparkling wine, which could be expressed in non-alcoholic version, keeping intact all aromas and varietal flavors.
