Zibibbo Liquoroso NICOSIA
The Sicilian Nicosia winery produces this sensational raisin wine Zibibbo. The grapes used are the Moscato d’Alessandria grapes at 100%. There is a stainless steel tanks refinement for long time and 2 aging years in bottle.
Characteristics of the Zibibbo wine
It has an intense and bright gold color almost amber. The smell is rich of fig, apricot and dry fruits aromas. The taste is intense, warm and enveloping.
Suggested pairings while tasting this wine from Sicily
This wine is a meditation wine but it is very good also with nougat, almond pastry, Sicilian cassata and other typical traditional desserts. It is very good also with blue cheeses. It must be served at 8-10°C in a little wine glass. The proof is 16%.
