Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Spagnol
Prosecco Superiore di Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry "Col Del Sas" comes from vineyards owned by the Spagnol family in the DOC and DOCG area between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. The variety of grapes used is Glera (Historic synonym of prosecco). Fermentation follows in autoclave according to the Italian Method. Aged at least 45 days.
Characteristics of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Extra Dry Superiore DOCG
Bright straw yellow color with fine perlage. Intense fruity bouquet that evokes apples and pears. The particular vinification process gives hints of bread crust. To the palate is smooth and harmonious.

It should be served in a medium sized glass at a temperature of 8-10°C. Excellent on any occasion, perfect with fish luncheons-dinners.
