The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Superiore “Le Casette” DOC of the Cantina Tenuta Antonini is a white wine of great personality that was born in the Ancarano area, in the heart of the Teramo Hills. Produced exclusively from carefully selected Trebbiano grapes, it represents the most authentic expression of the company's terroir and Abruzzo winemaking tradition. The vineyards are located approximately 300 meters above sea level on clay and limestone soils, ideal conditions for obtaining elegant, mineral and long-lived wines. The name “Le Casette” recalls the historical memory of the Antonini family and the strong connection with the area. Production follows a careful and artisanal approach. The harvest is carried out manually towards the end of September, with a rigorous selection of the best grapes. After cold maceration of the pigiato and soft pressing, fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature to preserve freshness and aromatic integrity. The wine then ages for about two months in unroasted acacia barrels, a choice that lends greater complexity and structure without overpowering the varietal characteristics of Trebbiano. Production is limited to a few thousand bottles, a testament to the care dedicated to this label.

In the mouth it is elegant and harmonious, characterized by a creamy texture supported by a well-integrated fresh acidity. The finish is long, savoury and persistent, with citrus notes and light honeyed notes.
