Greco Sannio "TABURNO" DOP BIO Fattoria La Rivolta

This Greco Sannio "TABURNO" from Fattoria La Rivolta Winery is produced with 100% Greco del Taburno grapes, grown in the company's vineyards in Benevento. After the manual harvest which takes place in October, grapes ferment in steel at a controlled temperature, where they remain to macerate until the bottling procedure begins.

Characteristics of this white wine

To the organoletic examination it appears as a straw yellow colored wine; the nose is complex, with hints ranging from ripe fruit to aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is light and with a slight acidity vein.

Excellent with all fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in a not very large glass.
