Wine description
The Traminer Aromatico of the Jermann winery is the representation of the wine tradition in Friuli. The cultivation soils are marl and sandy with Eocene origins characteristic of the Collio area, with a south-west and north-east exposition. There are used 100% Traminer Aromatico grapes and it can mature in bottle for 4 years.
Characteristics of the Traminer Aromatico
It has an intense and bright gold color. The smell is intense, delicate, aromatic and fruity. The taste is dry, bodied, balanced with a light bitter aftertaste.
Suggested pairings with this white Jermann wine
It is perfect with grilled fish and cheeses not very aged. It is perfect also with risotto with asparagus. It must be served at 10°C in a high and wide wine glass.
