The Rosso Piceno DOP "Bacchus" of the Ciù Ciù Winery comes from the noble varieties of Montepulciano and Sangiovese cultivated with care on the hills of the Marche in organic farming. To increase the quality of this Bacchus, the best grapes were selected. The vinification includes a blend of grapes composed of Montepulciano and Sangiovese. The origin of the vines is in the municipality of Acquaviva Picena and Offida, province of Ascoli Piceno. The harvest takes place manually during the first decade of October. The vinification follows the traditional method in red with daily fulling for a duration of 10 days. It follows the aging that lasts for 3 months in bottle.
