This Primitivo "Atlas" BIO from Masseria Surani Winery is produced with 100% Primitivo grapes from the Salento vineyards of Manduria. Following the manual harvest, the vinification phase involves fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature for a duration of 15 days; follows the phase of maturation in oak barrels for 6 months.

Characteristics of this Apulian wine

At the organoleptic examination this Apulian wine shows an intense and brilliant ruby red color with violet reflections; the olfactory notes range from ripe red fruits to floral notes, with a spicy vein. On the palate it strikes for freshness and flavor in the finish, as well as for soft tannins.
