All the wines produced by Vie di Romans are characterized by a structure surrounded by fruity hints and, even the whites, can guarantee a good longevity. “Dolée” doesn’ t make exception. It rests for 9 months on its yeasts and then other 8 months in the bottle. Friuli Isonzo Friulano DOC “Dolée” praises the denomination DOC and it is produced with 100% Friulano grapes.

The organoleptic analysis shows a straw yellow colour with green reflections that underline its youth and freshness. The perfume is intense, full of flowers and fruits like yellow peach, citrus fruits and mint. The taste is strong and enchanting, concluded by a good persistence.
Recommended food pairings while tasting this white wine produced by Vie di Romans
A traditional white wine of Friuli excellent with vegetables and crustaceans. The pairing with San Daniele ham is ideal, but it can also be joined to salty appetizers. It has to be served at 10°C in a high, wide wine glass.
