Descrizione vino

From pure vinification of 100% Sangiovese grapes grown in one of the most suitable areas of the entire territory. The provenance is the classic one of the DOCG of Tuscany, of Montalcino, one of the most famous in the world. Harvest takes place at the end of September with the grapes at perfect ripeness. Vinification involves spontaneous fermentation for about two weeks in steel tanks at a controlled temperature with macerations designed to extract color and above all the strong aromatic charge. A deep garnet red color. The bouquet is complex, floral, with citrus notes, hay and a very elegant red fruit in the background. Taste: palate of great power, many tannins but soft, silky and a savory note that makes this Cru di Argiano unique.
