ACINATICO is a full-bodied, elegant and velvety Amarone made from a selection of Valpolicella grapes. Once harvested, the grapes are placed in crates and left to rest in fruit cellars. During the drying process, some of the sugars are converted into glycerine, a reaction that gives the wine a velvety texture. After the dried grapes are pressed, maceration and alcoholic fermentation give the wine its structure and various aromatic facets.
