Interview with producer
Which are the future projects for your cellar?
We will re-implant the vineyards with quality vineyards.
In your opinion, how much is important the improvement of the quality of the wines you produce?
It is very important. Today we are already satisfy of our quality but we want to improve it because we are convinced that by giving quality wines, the consumers will keep staying with us.
If you have to convince a customer to buy your wine, what would you say to him?
Simply taste it. It is useless tell other things because the tasting is the best thing. The sensation you feel when a customer appreciates your wine is unique.
Which is your favorite thing of your work, and which is the worst?
Follow the cultivation according to the season trends is the part I prefer, but I do not love the huge bureaucratic side every agricultural company must do.
If the Prime Minister would call you and he would ask you a wine for a very important dinner, which wine would you suggest him, and why?
I would suggest a Brunello di Montalcino for an elaborated course.
If you have to give an advice to all the cellars of your territory, what would you advice?
I do not know what to suggest a part to work well.
In the last years the web commerce is expanding a lot, the online wine shops are growing up more and more; how do you consider this market news?
We welcome this new trend with positivity and hope and we believe that the online wine sell will increase al lot.
Why have you decided to commit the sale of the wines to the online wine shop Uritalianwines?
When I listen to the detailed program of expansion Mr. Gallarati has described to us for the next years.
Which is the wine you would suggest to the online Uritalianwines customers and why?
We would like to suggest a gradual tasting of our wines from the Rosso di Montalcino to the Brunello di Montalcino because we are sure that the customer is being satisfy.
