Descrizione vino

The indisputable prestigious of this wine of the Ferrari winery is made by 100% Chardonnay grapes coming from the company cultivations. The Perlé label is honored by the DOC Trento certification and it is remarkable for the bottle aging which gives to this wine elegance, freshness and a soft complexity. The production starts with the careful selection of the Chardonnay grapes, manually picked during the first week of September. All the vines belong to the Lunelli family and they are located at 400-700 meters above the sea level with a South-east, and South-west exposition.

 

Characteristics of this sparkling wine Ferrari Perlé

The proof of the Ferrari Perlé is 12,5% and it has an intense yellow color with wide and amber reflections.  The perlage is very fine and persistent. It has a wide, intense and fine perfume. There are some wild flowers, almond and white pulp ripen fruits aromas. The sip is enveloping, seducing and intriguing. The sensation is velvety, long and persistent with a large perception of ripen apple, almond and tropical fruits flavors due to the Chardonnay grapes.

 

Suggested pairings with this Sparkling wine Ferrari

The Perlé Ferrari is perfect with bakery made of short pastry and fruits petit fours. It is perfect also as appetizer alone and fresh. It has to be served at 10°C in little and tapered flûte.
