This white wine from Maison Albert PIc comes from Chablis, north of the French region of Burgundy in central-eastern France: the grapes used are 100% Chardonnay and grow on Kimmeriidgian soils dating back to the Jurassic period, characterized by a lower percentage of limestone and marl ; the particular composition of the soil combined with the south-west exposure and the benefits of the Serein river give life to an elegant wine with good body. Once the bunches have been harvested, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in steel and wood; the refinement phase follows for a duration of 15 months in large barrels.
