Champagne Blanc de Blancs Cuvée de Reserve Gaja Pierre Peters
“Maison Peters” works since more than six generations. They are able to preserve the ancient traditions and to produce an excellent Champagne. The geographical area of this French winery, located in the heart of Côte des Blancs, in the village called Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, develops Blancs de Blancs Champagne Prestige and Grand Cru. Since 1919, the first owners, their winery managers and the technicians, have used grapes coming exclusively from the owned vineyards. These plants have certified origins that don’t leave any doubts regarding the excellent quality of this product. “Maison Peters” actually manages about 18 hectares cultivated with Chardonnay, mainly located around Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Avize and Cramant. Our family grew up in the company and the production increased with us. Our selection of vineyards and plants was able to maintain our little but prestigious cultivations, that normally reach more than 30 years old. Every year, respecting the environment and the family traditions, we use to adapt our cultivation methods to the grapes, to preserve freshness, class and elegance in our Champagne and to express the features of the great vineyards of the Côte des Blancs.
