Wine description
„Corimei“ stammt zu 100 % aus Primitivo-Trauben, die als Setzlinge in Nardò angebaut werden. in der Provinz Lecce aus über 20 Jahre alten Weinbergen. Späte Ernte mit leichtem Welken am Rebstock; Im Keller werden sie dann auf einem modernen Sortiertisch weiter selektiert. Anschließend erfolgt die Gärung in Stahltanks bei kontrollierter Temperatur vor der Abfüllung.
Merkmale davon Passito des Primitives
Der Wein hat eine intensive und tiefrote Farbe; In der Nase erkennt man leicht die Noten von roten Früchten und Schwarzkirschmarmelade. Im Mund offenbart er jedoch einen angenehm samtigen und eleganten Wein.
Empfohlene Paarungen bei der Verkostung dieses apulischen Weins
Hervorragend zu traditionellen apulischen Desserts. Bei einer Temperatur von 10°C in einem nicht sehr breiten Glas servieren.
