Wine description
Der Klassisches Valpolicella DOC Manara , ist ein Wein aus Region Venetien. Die für seine Entstehung ausgewählten Trauben sind: Corvina 70 %, Rondinella 20 %, Molinara und andere Reben 10 %; Die Ernte dieser Trauben erfolgt manuell, um nur die besten Trauben auswählen zu können. Die Verfeinerung dieses hervorragenden Valpolicella Classico erfolgt in 100-Hektoliter-Edelstahltanks und in 200-Hektoliter-Fässern und hat eine Dauer von 12 Monaten.
