Wine description
Der „Bibio“ Montepulciano d'Abruzzen Es wird ausschließlich aus bewirtschafteten Weinbergen hergestellt organisch . Nach der Ernte Anfang Oktober werden die Trauben sanft gepresst und die Gärung erfolgt in Kontakt mit den Schalen für etwa 8 Tage. Anschließend wird er in Stahl umgefüllt, wo er bis zur Abfüllung im nächsten Frühjahr reift.
Eigenschaften des Montepulciano d'Abruzzo „BiBio“
Lebhafte und tiefe rubinrote Farbe. In der Nase Anklänge von Wildkirschen mit balsamischen und würzigen Noten. Weich und samtig mit einer frischen Note im Abgang.
Empfohlene Paarungen bei der Verkostung dieses Weins
Hervorragend zu ersten und zweiten Gängen mit Fleisch und mittelreifem Käse. Bei einer Temperatur von 16°C in einem nicht sehr breiten Glas servieren.
