La Bruciata Winery
The Vineyard company La Bruciata is located at Valdivilla a little suburb of Santo Stefano Belbo in the core of the Langhe very close to Alba, Asti and Canelli. The 17 hectares of the company are located on the top of Valdivilla at 400 m. in an open landscape between Langhe and Alpes. There are also favorable weather conditions and a good temperature excursions during summer time.
The Bosio family works these lands since generations and it is specialized in the production of Moscato, Nebbiolo, Arneis, Barbera and Dolcetto which are the local vineyards of this territory.

Which are the future projects for your cellar?
We would like to increase the number of vineyards in terms of hectares by always keeping the same accuracy in taking care the vineyards and the quality of the wine.
In your opinion, how much is important the improvement of the quality of the wines you produce?
Today is the most important thing for a company because only with quality you can carve out a space in the market.
If you have to convince a customer to buy your wine, what would you say to him?
The company La Bruciata is leaded since 1964 by the Bosio family which means since 3 generations; my sons are preparing themselves to be the 4th one. So we really try to improve us, to be proud to offer a good wine and to receive back lots of satisfactions. This company motto is to do everything step by step: in your life you have to choose a goal which could be little or big, it doesn’t matter. You have just to do your best to achieve it.
Which is your favorite thing of your work, and which is the worst?
For sure my favorite thing is the contact with customers because they give me a value to the work I do. I’m very lucky, I love the work I do and when the problems come I face them with serenity because they are part of the work.
If the Prime Minister would call you and he would ask you a wine for a very important dinner, which wine would you suggest him, and why?
I would suggest him the Moscato D’asti Docg the Brand of our company in Santo Stefano Belbo one of the districts of the Cru which are 52 in the production of the Moscato d’Asti docg. I would suggest him to match it with an hazelnut pie with a Moscato zabaglione.
If you have to give an advice to all the cellars of your territory, what would you advice?
It is difficult to give advices but I would suggest to keep high the quality to permit to our sons going on with the work started by us.
In the last years the web commerce is expanding a lot, the online wine shops are growing up more and more; how do you consider this market news?
I think this is a great think and I hope it would increase for the wines sell and for the wines passionate.
Why have you decided to commit the sale of the wines to the online wine shop Uritalianwines?

Which is the wine you would suggest to the online Uritalianwines customers and why?
As red wine, I would suggest the Barbera d’Alba doc because it has been made in steel and it expresses the scents and the sensations transmitted from the Langhe territory to the wine. For the whites our Brand il moscato d’Asti Docg for the typical freshness and scent of the Santo Stefano Belbo’s Moscato.
