Vigneti delle Dolomiti Bianco "La Manina"
This elegant blend is composed by 50% Pinot Blanc, 30% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Chardonnay, cultivated in the lands owned by the company, in Trentino Alto Adige. After the elimination of stalks, the maceration on skins in the pressing machine lasts 6 hours, in order to extract aromas and structure. The spontaneous fermentation is managed in inox, without yeasts addition. 6 months aging on lees, to exalt aromas and taste.
Features of the "La Manina" wine
Shiny yellow colour with green shades. Its perfume recalls apple, litchi, pink grapefruit and aromatic herbs like sage and mint. The taste is fruity, savoury and aromatic.
