This special label by Umani Ronchi tells the traditions of Abruzzo through its multiple shades. It’s a white produced with 100% Pecorino, cultivated in Roseto degli Abruzzi. The grapes are carefully selected and come mainly from the area around Chieti, where the fresh lands are mainly composed by sands and clay. The territory is characterized by a great thermal excursion, that guarantees a unique elegance and complexity. The manual harvest is planned in September, in order not to lose the typical acidity of the grapes. After the soft pressing, the juice is subjected to static decanting. The fermentation is managed at 16°C for 10-15 days. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine ages on its lees in steel tanks for 4 months.

Shiny straw yellow colour enriched by fruity and floral aromas that evolve in a persistent and intense minerality. The taste is structured, pleasant and fresh.
