Trentino Alto Adige most renowned house produces this sparkling Brut wine whose excellent qualities such as uniqueness, refinement and richness in perfumes and scents embrace the taster. It is by means of refinement and respect for the tradition, through the use of the “classic method”, that the viticultural Kettmeir house produces Rosé Brut Athesis, boasting Alto Adige DOC certificate, confirming the guarantee of origin. Rosé Brut Athesis develops itself thanks to the vinification in pink with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 - 18° C. Progressively, the refinement phase begins in stainless steel tanks where the basis of the wine remains until spring, on the yeasts of the first fermentation. Liquer de tirage is then added, placed in 0,75l crown capped bottles and piled in the wine cellar at 10 – 12°C where the second fermentation takes place. Once the second fermentation phase is ended, the product remains on the yeasts for 18 months at least, before being degorgèe and put on sale.

Concerning the organoleptic level, the tasting notes reveal a sensational wine whose refined characteristics both in color, a soft pink with very wide peach reflections, and in its fine and persistent perlage, express fruity raspberry notes alongside pleasant yeast scents. A dry and full flavour pleases the palate, marking it with great harmony.
