The geographical location and characteristics of the vineyard place it between the towns of Peschiera and Desenzano del Garda, in the area south of Lake Garda. The soils rise to an altitude of 70, maximum 80 meters above sea level.The type of land is cretaceous - clay. The farming system used, as per the company tradition, is Guyot. The average age of the vines reaches 40 years with yields up to 80 quintals per hectare.The harvest takes place in the first ten days of September with the manual harvesting of the grapes, Then the winemaking is based on a careful selection of the best grapes from the "historic" vineyards of the company. The wine to referment is obtained exclusively with the alcoholic fermentation of the must. After waiting for at least 6 months to allow the wine to refine and clear in steel tanks, the cuvée is created by frothing. The bottles are stacked for about 64 months before the "remouage", after which they are opened and filled with the same wine. At the dégorgement the zero dosage does not receive any added sugar with the liqueur.

It has a bright golden yellow, fine and persistent perlage.
