A refined and elegant sparkling wine cultivated in the area of Oltrepò Pavese. Produced following the rules of “Metodo Classico”, this prestigious DOCG Oltrepò Pavese is really delicate. Single variety wine making with 100% Pinot Noir grapes coming from the districts of Montecalvo Versiggia, S. Maria della Versa, Rocca de’ Giogi. Here the soils, located at 250-400 meters elevation, are characterized mainly by limestone and clay. / grams sugar per litre. Its vineyards produce around 70 quintals per hectare.
