Wine description
This Piedmontese red wine comes from a carefully selected choice of the best grapes of the cru; fermentation takes place exclusively in wooden vats with a 60-day maceration on the skins. Maturation takes place in neutral oak and cement casks for a duration of 5 years.
Characteristics of this Piedmontese wine
The organoleptic examination shows a very intense garnet red colour and an olfactory bouquet with notes of underbrush and spices. The palate is intense, with a dense tannic texture.
Suggested pairings with this red wine
Perfect with grilled meat, game and braised meats. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
