Rosato Terre Siciliane "ROSAMMURI" Rapitalà
This Rosé has the IGT denomination. It is a blend produced with the most prestigious red varieties of Sicily. The grapes are harvested where their sourness is still high, then, after the soft pressing, the must is left in contact with skins just for a few hours. This process gives to the wine its shiny pink colour and its fresh and fruity taste.

The organoleptic analysis shows a shiny pink colour enriched by floral and fruity scents. The taste is dry, rich, elegant, clean and fruity.
