Réserve della Contessa BIO
This fabulous blend is composed by 60% Pinot Blanc, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, cultivated in the estate Lieben Arch, in Terlano and in Castel Campan. The first is a vineyard with a warm micro-climate, south-west exposition, 300 meters elevation. Here the volcanic lands are mainly composed by sands. On the other hand, Campan is characterized by a fresh climate, eastern exposition and higher elevation. The soils are mainly composed by clay. After the elimination of stalks, the grapes’ maceration lasts 6 hours, in order to extract aromas and structure. The spontaneous fermentation is managed in wooden barrels, without any yeast addition. 6 months aging on lees exalt aromas and taste.
Features of the white wine "Rèserve della Contessa"
The organoleptic analysis shows a deep yellow colour with green shades. Its perfume is rich and fresh, recalling apple, apricot and sage. The taste is enchanting, elegant and persistent.
