From the vinification of Albarossa grapes. The origin is the classic one from Piedmont, in the Montaldo Scarampi area. Harvest by hand is preceded by the thinning of the excess bunches at the end of summer. The vinification requires that the grapes ferment for a week in contact with the skins, at a temperature between 27 and 30 ° C; then we move on to the aging phase, carried out for a year in large barrels and for at least 6 months in the bottle.
